Our Founder

BayTech is led by Nirvikar Jain, a seasoned banker, founder, operator, investor, author, and speaker with over 20 years of global experience. His career uniquely bridges Wall Street discipline and Silicon Valley agility.

• CEO – First Abu Dhabi Bank, India: Built FAB’s India franchise into its most profitable international business, securing critical licenses (Foreign Portfolio Investor and Banking), establishing strong corporate relationships, and driving cross-border transactions.

• Senior Roles – Citi, Bank of America, National Australia Bank, ICICI: Developed structured trade finance, commodity finance, and syndication platforms, creating multi-billion-dollar businesses across Asia and India.

• Managing Director – Woodside Capital Partners: Led fintech practice in Silicon Valley, advising on cross-border M&A and capital raises for technology companies.

• Founder/Operator: CFO at semiconductor startup - Dreambig Semiconductors, Global Business Officer at YC-backed Volopay, leading capital raises and scaling global GTM across markets. Previously founded Bungalowstays.com, an Indian vacation rental marketplace.

• Investor/Advisor: Mentor and judge with Plug & Play, Startup-O, and CEO at ISB DLabs, guiding startups on scaling, fundraising, and exits and making investments.
