Q: What is BayTech Capital Partners?
A: BayTech Capital Partners is an independent advisory platform working with founders and boards across the U.S., Middle East, and Asia. We help clients with transaction readiness, investor preparation, strategic positioning, capital raising, M&A, valuation, and growth strategy.Q: Are you a broker-dealer?
A: No. BayTech Capital is not a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. If there is a securities placement component, it will be handled through an affiliated registered broker-dealer. -

Q: What does the “not a FINRA-registered broker-dealer” disclaimer mean?
A: It means BayTech Capital does not itself engage in securities brokerage. If there is a need to place securities, we use a partner or affiliated entity that is properly licensed under FINRA or other relevant regulations.
